  Northwest Artifact wins Best of Show at NWBrickCon 2006
 
Here are a few pics of my Northwest Artifact (Totem Pole). It is 6 feet tall, has a 7-1/2 foot wingspan and uses about 20,000 bricks and plates. Both of you spent almost three hours filling your green tubs. Then, to be able to actually use the pieces you carefully packed, you had to disassemble them all once you got them home. (...) I've always washed my parts in soapy water. I will usually put the parts in a bucket of soapy water at least overnight (sometimes several days). I separate out the chrome and stickered parts. Sriram, (...) It is on the outer edge of the module neer the ribbon cable connector. Its exact location is indicated by a circle with a + sign to indicate the polarity. (...) Hi Joe, I am glad that you get it going. For casting, you can cast variables as well. Again, it is best to avoid any type casting if you can. I was just wondering if anyone knew of a better way to see all of the functions when you type list functions on the DOS IC screen. Using the Miniboard as a servo slave is a good idea, perhaps even easier is to use a BOTBoard since the BOTBoard doesn't have any motor drivers hooked up to it (no PCB modification required.)
