Great model! I tried to figure out the joystick design for some time and I think there is a mistake in the instructions - It seems to me that there should be only two gears inside the inner box. Light Gray is my favorite Lego color. I can never have enough of it. The variety of parts that are currently available in Light Gray will *never* be manufactured by Lego in the new color. I think that you should not immediately discount the idea of nueral networks in the RCX. Bert van Dam has done amazing stuff with networks on the RCX, and using no PC code.
