I got one for Christmas but still haven't had a chance to put it together. It's definitely overpriced. The big chrome piece couldn't have been pieced together from smalling existing pieces but I definitely would have preferred it to be 2 or 3 (...) (25 years ago, 17-Jan-00, to lugnet.modelteam)

Recently I did a monk with the brown hood and *two* brown capes. Front and back. Turn one of them a little to the side so one arm can stick out. Convincing monk. Yes, but 8448 is a 99 set. For 2000 there are now five holed and a fifteen holed beams with no studs (and rounded ends), which appear to be a replacements for the 5 and 15 holed studded technic beams.
