  Re: Storage needed

(...) I agree totally with Remy's remarks - I also have several dozen of the SB-18s and am very happy with them. K-Mart sells 'em for $5 and I got most of mine on sale for $4, which is right about what the smaller Plano boxes (3700/3730) sell for. (...) (25 years ago, 14-Jan-00, to lugnet.storage)

  Re: Parsing Pause database

(...) I wrote such a script. However, it is really ugly: it's mostly Tcl but it calls perl to do the DB query. It should be all perl (it would be much easier/shorter/quicker) but it grew out of something else I was playing with in Tcl.   Re: What kind of motor comes with the 4559?

I'm not sure I understand the question exactly, but they all have the same motor. It's just incorporated differently into the engine model. The 4559 does not have the motor connected by a bogey plate, like the 4565, if that's what you're asking. It (...) (25 years ago, 14-Jan-00, to lugnet.trains)
