(...) Windown 98 version of Paint works with JPG and GIF files. Win 95 version probably doesn't. The last time I checked, IE5 displays bitmaps. But if you want to convert them to JPG, ACDsee has a converter also. (25 years ago, 14-Jan-00, to lugnet.market.auction)

Well, about the metal detecion, ive some small metal detectors. the shape of them is a threaded cylinder they vary from about 1cm in diameter to 0.5 cm. The range in length from 4-6cm. Im not exactly sure how they work, but i know how to use them. (...) (25 years ago, 14-Jan-00, to lugnet.robotics)

Ben ... IMHO the 4559 locomotive is great! They just beg to be built with two motors ... they're just the right weight to give two motors excellent traction. Two two motor units will pull more cars than the magnetic couplers can handle! To add (...) (25 years ago, 14-Jan-00, to lugnet.trains)
