  Emmanuel - Thank you!

On this particularly gloomy day, I just returned from a funeral, and was going through my mail. I noticed a thick red envelope with French writing on it. I thought to myself for a moment, "Who could this be from?" When I opened it up, I found a (...) (25 years ago, 14-Dec-99, to lugnet.general)

Re: Time for LUGNET Legal Aid? (was: Remy is in the clear)

No, I'm sorry I haven't posted yet. I have been thinking long and hard about what I should/could say here. I think I should say as little as possible, so I will be brief.   Re: using "lego" in domain names

(...) Not to sound nitpicky, but that'd be "they treat what they perceive to be TM infringments".... "Technic" may be a trademark of the Lego Company, but it's also an English-language word dating back at least to 1760. (In one sense, it has (...) (25 years ago, 14-Dec-99, to lugnet.general)

Quick Assessments of 2000 Sets I picked up

And now for the assessments!! 6095 Guarded Treasury 101 pcs, $14.99 *Great Buy!* I think this set will make up the bulk of extra castle purchases this year.   Re: Supply and demand

(...) Honestly, I don't think LEGO will re-release old sets... Most people won't know that "set A" on the shelf is actually "4558 from 1991."
