I highly recommend LDAO (LDraw Add-On). It's the "home base" for all my LCAD
activities. It has lots of functionality, and is user-customizable with
other programs like M-Peedy, L3P, and LDLite.
LDLite is an extended (and faster) replacement for LDraw, and is especially
good for viewing .dat files from lugnet.cad.dat.* newsgroups. It is also
great in combination with LDAO.
