(...) If you just listen to the 'message'es you send out from the RCX, you see them coming in. On unix just do something like cat /dev/cuaa0 It also works with most IRda ports, such as thouse found on the iMac and most laptops. Though I found the (...) Hello All - Does anyone have any experience combining cybermaster and the RCX? What is a good meathod to implement navigation on a robot with two Polaroid sonars and basic two-motor steering? I got the box yesterday though was still too busy with the T-day stuff to get to it. Have a look at my page : (URL) buit a scanner with bidirectionnal control. Client (RCX) software written with NQC, 'server' (master=pc) soft written in borland delphi 3.0. I'm not sure I understand your question perfectly, but I can use clones for two purposes: 1. A cool colour or shape that TLG does not supply. 2. Hacking! Building in micro-switches, making cable tunnels and such things. But I am a Lego purist in (...)
