  PC <> RCX Communication?

Quick question: is there a way for the rcx to send data to the PC (and possibly vice versa)? I have a scanner base built, and ideally I would like a way to communicate with the RCX, with the PC controlling the movement of the scanner. I could (...) I bought a 8299 Search Sub on discount yesterday and the pneumatic workcylinder was leaking right the first time I used it. I replaced it with one of my own, but will call LEGO Benelux monday. Rengenier (25 years ago, 27-Nov-99, to lugnet.general)

That's my vote too. There just is NOTHING to grip. and if you are not careful you can bend or break the antenna or the housing, it's a pretty fragile part.
