Woo Hoo!!!...!!! Gray train windows in the 2000 sets! 3 gray windows in a SMALL set. We can get all we want now. Set #3401 has probably 50 pieces and 3 are gray 1x4x3 train window frames. I know one thing I'm buying a lot of!!! The elevated road plates #6600.That set is pretty neat by itself. Not much of a selection for town this year is there? (The elevated road plates, I think is the best idea TLG has had in a long time.) and I'm (...) (26 years ago, 9-Nov-99, to lugnet.general)

First of all thanks for the photo Kevin! :-) Second the sets stick just like I thought..... But there is a new prefab piece for brefab castle builders and the new helmet is in small sets too. More horse bardards and plenty of brown wheels and more (...) (26 years ago, 9-Nov-99, to lugnet.castle)

I still don't think the Falcon looks THAT bad. Cockpit to "saucer" could be improved, though. Still on my list of sets. :) The dinosaurs look cool, did you see the big prop plane in the mural in the middle of the catalog?? Coooolll. Looks like it (...) (26 years ago, 9-Nov-99, to lugnet.general)

Anyway looks like the Falcon is just about as bad as we thought although the cockpit looks a bit better than previously thought and it is still good for pieces. Still (...) All I want is pics of the new sets! That would make me happy. :-) Just to see whats useful for parts as for sets, I dont think A Empire can ever reclaim the glory they once held. Just checked out the new scans for 2000. While Town may be dead and resting in pieces Futbol certainly offers hope for any Townies that are still around. Wes, relays would work pretty well. (Still, how much current do your motors draw???) The LEGO motors draw about .35 Amps (350 Milliamperes) You could connect two 5V coil relays , each with a diode in series with the coil, connected oppositely to (...)
