  Re: Saucers *could* be okay...

(...) Im not afraid of the saucers at all, especially if it has bottom versions of them... I would love to find ways to use them in my ships, but so far the saucers from UFO were terribly colored and hideously decaled. The Falcon's saucers would at (...)   Re: NZ spares stock buyout? (was Some disturbing news

(...) It's too late. My Lego source said that it was too expensive to ship them over, so they were sold off in NZ, or as she put it "liquidated" (Arg! I had nightmares of a technicoloured Lego soup!!). I trust Lego NZ did not "liquidate" the way (...) (25 years ago, 27-Oct-99, to lugnet.general)

  Re: GP2D05

I am using the GP2D02 which is also identical to the GP2D05 except that on the GP2D05 you can manually set the threshole using the built-in trimpot.   Not necessarily the handyboard....

Re: !!! Laser attachments for Mindstorms !!!

(...) I'd love to see something based on this. (It's something I'm working on too, actually.) My sense is that small imprecisions will quickly add up to large errors, making this method difficult. (25 years ago, 27-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: Bulk Sales Proposal - Please Read

(...) The SW sets would be great as they have the better colours (greys, browns, etc). Although what will you do with 500 Darth Maul's or Luke's?!?!?   Re: RCX with AC power - Still Available

(...) These things are commercially avaible already, my uncle has one. If I remember correctly, it was made by Husqvarna.   Re: 4x2ReVu: 4559 Cargo Railway

(...) Correction the link above leads to a nice design for an AMT 2000 locomotive. The Genesis is taller and would probably look better with the tall club car design. - Jim ___ (25 years ago, 27-Oct-99, to lugnet.reviews, lugnet.trains, lugnet.space)

  Firmware behaviour

Hi all, does the ON/OFF Button work while a program is running with the standard firmware? Or do you need to press RUN to stop it first? Markus. (25 years ago, 27-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics.rcx)
