There will be support added for "0 INCLUDE filename.dat" in the next release, which will insert the text from filename.dat into the current file. This differs from a type 1 line, since the scope stack is not pushed and popped. For example, "0 COLOUR (...) (25 years ago, 4-Oct-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

There are a few Bed & Breakfasts in the Harvard Square, Cambridge area. I'd have to look them up. Might try the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce online for a Bed & Breakfast listing. Graphite wouldn't necessarily harm the construction, but isn't it a bit messy? I would think a silicone-based lubricant would work great and not be harmful. (My Dad used to use something very expensive and silicone-based for various (...) (25 years ago, 4-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics)
