Hello, my friend in school has got a lot of lego from his big brother. Now,
in that lego, there are several classic space figs and models. I have always
wished that he someday could sort together some sets and sell them to me.
Now, he has. Today, he gave me a yellow astronaut for free.

Now, it´s this price thing. If I want more minifigs, I´ll have to buy them
from him for a cost of $1,25. I think this is a bit too high, especially
since the torsos are worn out (the gold paint has disappeared). I was
thinking of $0,65 or so. Is this too little or too much?

But, I want sets, not minifigs. So, I thoguht that the small sets (<50
pieces) should cost me $3,75 and stuff with about 200-250 pieces $18,75. Is
this too cheap? Am I mean to him saying that this is a good price? I want to
know what I should pay, especially since I think he wants too much for them.

(...) Well, he could definitely get more for them elsewhere. But that's not all that goes into setting the price. For example, if I were selling some computer stuff to a friend, I'd make the price a lot lower than what I could get on eBay. (25 years ago, 4-Oct-99, to lugnet.space)
