  Re: Call for Box Status

(...) Tom, this was the box that I got several weeks ago - how much did it weigh when you got it (or how much postage was on it)...and how much did it weigh when you sent it out? :-) I wonder if any of the stuff I put in is still inside it.... (25 years ago, 21-Sep-99, to lugnet.market.jambalaya)

Re: New Ideas for Jambalaya - anyone interested?

What happens if two rules conflict? Or are mutually exclusive? Should you only follow one rule in the box for the time you have it? (I would say no) Should you have to follow the rules in numerical order as you trade with the box? (I think yes - no (...) (25 years ago, 21-Sep-99, to lugnet.market.jambalaya)

  Re: next BayLUG meeting

(...) I don't see that as being that big a deal, really. And if you could have some kind of button on a toolbar for each of them, all the better. (25 years ago, 21-Sep-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Re: next BayLUG meeting

(...) I wouldn't mind going back to the Fukaya room again. Its a nice place, and we have a pretty good idea how to lay things out. Plus, its free! I don't know when it is available in November. Zonker? Russell (25 years ago, 21-Sep-99, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)

XP-21 CAD model complete (my first large CAD ship!)

I finally got around to making the LDRAW version of one of my spaceships, thanks in large part to MLCAD. I'll be doing my other models in the following order: <new space ship> Tantive IV YG-99 D-50d etc... Once finished I'll do some POV-Rays and (...) (25 years ago, 21-Sep-99, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: DAT format question

My original plans called for my CAD package to distinguish among the various kinds of DAT file. This would allow the program to know when it was appropriate to enable certain editing features. For example, it shouldn't allow the user to add (...) (25 years ago, 21-Sep-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Re: The Scout vs. the RCX

(...) <Scout feature description snipped> I second this review. The Scout is definitely easier to program, but so much more limited as to make it almost useless for any real robotics project.   Re: New Ideas for Jambalaya - anyone interested?
