Re: Scott Wardlaw's GE Dash 9 in Union Pacific Trim

Great looking model. I love the sticks created for LDraw. Overall a great looking model that successfully represents the real model. Did you use water slides for the decals? (17 years ago, 6-Aug-07, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

(...) I have some more pictures uploaded; (URL) here> and (URL) here>. The cut-away part in the lift is actually from a shortage of 1x4 bricks, but I agree, it turned out nicely.   Scott Wardlaw's GE Dash 9 in Union Pacific Trim

(URL) I've had this one for a while, but this is my first post to lugnet.trains. It took several hours to make the stickers, and then several more hours to create a computer program that would turn them into an LDRAW part file, so that I could (...)   RE: RotateMotorEx hangs

As long as it will still retain the value of rotation count, it will be very useful. Otherwise, it will be bad! This will help in simulating an event driven instance. Do you see there is any down side of this implementation other than a few more (...) (17 years ago, 6-Aug-07, to lugnet.robotics.nxt)

  Two NXT Back2Back

Hello Community, can direct connection of two NXTs (port4) with normal Lego-cables damage any parts or drivers ? Normally I use a special cable (Pins 3,5,6) to use the RS485 communication to another NXT, but some guys told me, they have used the (...) (17 years ago, 5-Aug-07, to lugnet.robotics.nxt)

Re: Your Thoughts on Image Hosting Sites...

I'd like to see: 1. Not only the ability to tag photos with a pre-selected list of keywords (as BrickShelf does) but see only folders/photos tagged with those words (like MOCPages). Also filtering by filetype. If I don't use LDraw (for instance), I (...) (17 years ago, 5-Aug-07, to lugnet.ambassadors, FTX)

Re: Your Thoughts on Image Hosting Sites...

(...) I just want Brickshelf to survive, that's all. If Brickshelf can be improved with more features, great. If Brickshelf needs to charge fees, fine. But for me, I don't want another Johnny-come-lately, just what has worked in the past and will (...) (17 years ago, 5-Aug-07, to lugnet.ambassadors, FTX)

Re: Your Thoughts on Image Hosting Sites...

(...) I agree with most of the comments others have written. I would also like to add that I like the way Brickshelf allows you to see a lot of images on the same page – without excessive scrolling.
