(...) actuly the ironic thing is lego is producing something like you described for the 2007 lineup. the dinosar and grader have an ir motor controler with a seperate motor and battery pac. the only down side is it's uncompatable with the old 9v (...) (...) Personally, I'd use the plastic gray track rails before I'd use the plastic track compatible with the 9 volt track. Id like to pose a question thats been bothering me lately. Since RC trains made theyre debut last year many issues have risen with the product in its current form. (...) For plastics, I'd recomend "GOOP" over silicon adhesive. It has a small amount of solvent to adhere to plastic, and sets faster. The stuff is like a hybrid of Silicon and rubber cement.
