| | When should an auction end...
Is there any theory on when an auction should end. In terms of hour of day and/or day of week? I've placed counters on some of my ebay pages to monitor the hit rate distribution. Based on this, right now, I tend to avoid weekends and try to have it (...) (25 years ago, 24-Aug-99, to lugnet.market.theory)

I´ve got the instructions of set #1601 from 1976, a rather big set, but I never heard about before. It's called the Brickvac (set #1666... hmmmm). And it may not work great, but it does work. Most importantly, it's a lot of fun and makes the task of picking up the pieces silly and entertaining. The set came with a fair amount of okayish elements (...) (25 years ago, 24-Aug-99, to lugnet.general)

Whoops, I forgot the most important part - I need 44 studs worth of 1xN white tiles to finish off the door area. 2 1x8s and a 1x6 for the top and bottom would work the best for rigidity, but if I get tons of offers of 1x4s, I'll go with them (...)
