Re: MPD file loading search order

(...) This is actually very logical. And it fits in the description from the 2000 post pointed to by Lars. So all objects in the mpd are available for recursive children of the main part, being the first place to search. (...) I don't think stuff in (...) (20 years ago, 26-Jul-06, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Why no free organization?

Why does the UK, well Scotland mainly not have a LUG? Or at least a train club? It would be great to be able to participate with fellow Lego crazed folks, and to be able to help put on public shows. Should we not try and start a club for Scotland? (...) (20 years ago, 26-Jul-06, to lugnet.loc.uk)

Re: POV-Ray file problem when rendering

(...) First off, I'm guessing the picture was taken with LDView 2.1, since you don't have 3.0. Obviously it's got problems; I have no way of knowing for sure if those problems are present in LDView 3.0, but it does have completely rewritten file (...)   Moonbase parts

I'd been holding off for my kids to get out of the <3 category for a while and was really wanting to work on some Moonbase MOCs. My son turns 3 in August and my chances of loosing LEGO to the mouth of a little one is diminishing. I've dug everything (...) (20 years ago, 26-Jul-06, to lugnet.space)

Re: POV-Ray file problem when rendering

Thanks for the tips and help. I opened the file with LDView last night and the road/sidewalk/stopli...posts(they are all part of one file) file couldn't be opened.   Lego Vs. Superglue . . . Help me get unstuck, please!!!

Hello all, So, I bought some brick from a woman in San Diego. Of the sets she sent me, two were glued together with superglue! It appears, from the few pieces that have fallen off, that the kid only glued the base of one brick onto the top of the (...) (20 years ago, 26-Jul-06, to lugnet.general)
