Re: "Finding LEGO" : Nemo and Marlin sculptures

Re: New Christmas Train - Horseshoe Bend Rail Road

--SNIP-- (...) This is such a lovely little train. I don't usually go for steamers but this one is just so sweet. I'm sure your father-in-law will love it. Tim (20 years ago, 14-Dec-05, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

Can't See The Forest For The Trees?

Perhaps it is because the forest is blocked by (URL) these>:-) No, these aren't from James Whitmore's garden [1], they are part of the TCLTC's next building phase!   New Christmas Train - Horseshoe Bend Rail Road

I thought it would be a good idea to make my father-in-law a Christmas Train for his tree after he hinted that one sure would be cool, last year. So I built this one: (URL). It turned into a rather large project figuring I would need directions for (...) (20 years ago, 14-Dec-05, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.build, lugnet.general, lugnet.trains, FTX) !!

  Building Bonanza #4886 on E-bay

I have just listed one of two LEGO Building Bonanza sets #4886 for auction on E-bay. This is one of the best sets created by LEGO in a long time. The appeal is to both boys and girls.   Mosaic for ASH Tradeshow

Admittedly, I did far few LEGO projects this past year (this was purposeful, actually), but I did finish the year by constructing a 7'x10' mosaic for a recent tradeshow in Atlanta.   Re: A Disappointed Lego Set

(...) The Advent Calendar set this year is definitely different, in that there are no printed step-by-step instructions for each day's model, only a picture of what the model is supposed to look like when complete. And there is no additional (...) (20 years ago, 13-Dec-05, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Mechanical obstacle avoider

You are awesome. I had read about this in some lego paper about gearboxes, specifically shiftable ones. It said the problem was keeping the car in reverse for a while instead of jittering back and forth. Now I -really- want to get into the (...) (20 years ago, 13-Dec-05, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Hahahaha Robot Snake

I dunno E, this isn't all that funny, it's actually pretty darn cool. I know your aversion to weapons but this is an awesome build for mecha.   Re: Memory question

(...) So what your saying is I should split my program into more functions not less, so that the local ints are destroyed and available for re-use.
