  Town & Train Display - Festival of Trees Pictures & Report - MichLUG
 
(2 URLs) This was our second year working with the Festival of Trees. This is a long show for us, with the display being up for a little over a week. Rather than decorating a tree, like we did last year, this year we made up a mini-layout and that (...)   MichLTC to display at the GATS in Novi, MI - March 5th-6th
 
This will be MichLTC's 8th time displaying with the Great American Train show. We frequently pull out all the stops for this show and this year is no exception. Looks for many new creations.   Castle display @ Child & Parent Expo in Indy
 
Last weekend (Feb. 19-21) IndyLUG had a display at the Child & Parent Expo in Indianapolis at the Indiana State Fairgrounds. We had three sections to the layout: Town/train, Space and Castle. Most of our club's shows are train oriented, but this (...) Nate- The mobile cranes I know that use V6 engines are: 1)Terex-Demag 2)Grove These two both use a Daimler Chrysler OM 906 LA V6 in the crane operator's section, and both use a Daimler Chrylser OM 502 LA V8 for the main drive. If you want to find (...) (21 years ago, 26-Feb-05, to lugnet.technic)

I was only talking about big rigs. Do European tractor trailers actually have V6's? Do their mobile cranes actually have V6's? Irregular pieces with limited need for subpart structure and primitives, like minfig accessories and headgear, strike me as the perfect thing to create with an interactive 3D modeling tool like 3dsmax, Maya, Rhino, Milkshape3D or whatever people (...)
