Re: Bank (money) transfer - any experts ??

I just wired money to Japan. The wire transfer required the Swift number of the bank I was sending the money to. My bank charged $30 for the privilege, and the receiving bank also charged about $30.   Bank (money) transfer - any experts ??

Hi all ! I've been told that there are actually two ways to wire the money from US to Europe . One is called "Swift" - it is fast (5-10 days) but expensive (around 20 $ for 200 $) , another one is "normal" it goes through post and it takes about 2-3 (...)   TIE Interceptor, brief but slobbery review
