Yes, I hooked an SPO256 + CTS244 text to speech chip to a software UART. However, I don't reccomend this solution. I was thinking about going down and getting at least one of the expansion packs this week. Is one much better than the other? Or is there enough good stuff in each to warrant buying both of them? (...) I thought we knew that already -- the 1999 NA in-box catalog shows the blades inserted into either end of the hilt. Wasn't there some double-bladed light sabre, with blades coming out of *both* ends of the hilt? Steve (26 years ago, 26-Jan-99, to lugnet.starwars)
