  Re: #390 Cadillac & #398 Constellation

(...) 390 goes anywhere from $80 to $250, depending on season. 398 has only been on eBay once, and it went for over $900 (Larry, is that right?)...but I just traded for one and I traded about $600 worth of sets... Paul Sinasohn LUGNET #115 (26 years ago, 21-Jul-00, to lugnet.market.appraisal)

Re: Am I the only one who likes Jar-Jar? (and painting guide)

(...) I found Jar-Jar vaguely annoying, but my son thought he was hysterically funny. If people want to discard Jar-Jars cheap, I suppose I can find a use for him (though my pirates would still prefer Timmy to practice their fiendish tortures on). (...) (26 years ago, 21-Jul-00, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Info requested on theme cancellations

Re: Am I the only one who likes Jar-Jar?

I've always wondered why everyone who hates Jar-Jar Binks seems to not mind c- 3po, who is the slightly less annoying Jar-Jar of the original trilogy. I understand that 3-po wasn't always mugging for the camera, had a few serious lines, and wasn't (...) (26 years ago, 21-Jul-00, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: #390 Cadillac & #398 Constellation

Thanks for the info. I just saw that #390 went for $225.00 on Ebay.... IIRC it didn't have the box or instructions either. I'm probably gonna look into trading them instead. I'd rather do a "Legos for Legos" type thing and hopefully find somebody (...) (26 years ago, 21-Jul-00, to lugnet.market.appraisal)

  Errors on Instructions

Hello, I just encountered an error on the 5935 Island Hopper set. As the instructions show it, I have to place the window/entry hatch 4 "bumps" away from the nose of the plane. This leaves a strange looking gap where the entry hatch meets the window (...) (26 years ago, 21-Jul-00, to lugnet.general)
