Re: TRU Sale: Anyone looking for these?

(...) This sounds like the contents of a TRU in Houston that I visit when I need some nostalgia. If it is, I looked at those Surf Shacks but couldn't justify spending $9.99 on them. They had 8 Sand Dollar Cafes when I was there, and yes, they were (...) (26 years ago, 18-Apr-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

(...) No. In questi giorni, a parte la mattinata di venerdì che come al solito è dedicata alla manutenzione del sito, e quindi è tutto off-line, ho sempre navigato tranquillamente... Giulio (26 years ago, 18-Apr-00, to lugnet.loc.it)

Re: TRU Sale: Anyone looking for these?

(...) *Your* secret TRU? Hey, that's *MY* secret TRU. Did one of you buy all those Paradisa lighthouses they had for so long? I can't believe they're finally almost out of Dragon Wagons and Dragon Defenders (and I think they already are out of (...) (26 years ago, 18-Apr-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: Hiawatha Engine

(...) I think the Atlantics had skirting over the drive wheels, that would be hard to simulate in 6 wide... Since the 9volt motor is in the tender, it's pushing the engine - we found that a single trailing axle didn't hold the track very well. So, (...) (26 years ago, 18-Apr-00, to lugnet.trains)

Re: Roll call is a great idea (borrowed from NC posting)

Howdy, all! I browse here only periodically (less than I ought to, probably) so didn't catch this thread for a couple of weeks.   TRU sales upstate?

Has anybody tried out the TRU sale this week here in upstate NY? I'm planning to drive through Syracuse tomorrow and hoped to stop by the Dewitt TRU to pick some things up, but was wondering if the sale has been confirmed in this area. On a similar (...)   Re: Best SW set for Castle purposes?

(...) I've purchased several "B-Wing at Rebel Base" sets (set number???) to augment my Castle parts. I don't have the specifics in front of me, but for about $30 you get somewhere around 330 pieces, including: (if my memory serves me correctly) + (...) (26 years ago, 18-Apr-00, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Has your kid out grown his Lego?

(...) search for "lego" in titles and descriptions. What a lame ploy. However, it's just reasonable enough so that eBay wouldn't do anything about it if you complained to them about the gratuitous use of the term "lego". (I know it is, or used to (...)
