Re: KB Kids Sale? Not quite?

(...) suggested (...) As far as I know, they've always been like this, atleast on regular stock items. The stores are that way too. Where this sale is especially good is on the sets that they already have on clearance, as it does actually give you (...) (25 years ago, 8-Apr-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: Practicality of X.com "auciton" CC payments for "straight sales"...?

Chris, I accept payment from both x.com and paypal.com for sales from my store site. This is not automated as you suggest, and I don't even send a request for payment from either of the sites. What I do is have the orders submitted through e-mail, (...) (25 years ago, 8-Apr-00, to lugnet.market.theory)

Re: Propellors on plane at Brickshelf

(...) I used MegaPov (an unofficial version of PovRay) that supports motion blur: motion_blur { object {propel scale 2.5 rotate <clock*10,0,0> translate <-70, - 98, -100> } } I made the plane with MLCad and then i added the pilot (including his (...) (25 years ago, 8-Apr-00, to lugnet.cad.ray)

  Re: TRU cupon

In the two stores I've been in, it didn't recognize the connection between the set and the coupon either, but the store honored it anyway and even for multiple units (the coupon is worded so that it's supposed to be $10 off the total, but the fine (...)   Re: NQC Ignores based on your pbrink

(...) Yes, I agree with the approach to using __RCX for conditional compile - that's really why its there. I had thought about adding some of the functions (SetSensor() etc.) as no-ops in the Scout API, but this really didn't feel right to me. I (...) (25 years ago, 8-Apr-00, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc)

Re: Bloodstone Inn completed, teaser story up!

(...) Hey Shiri, great job. I've been waiting to see the completed inn for a while now. I , like everyone else, also like the single, angled doors to the rooms. I don't think I've ever tried that. The teaser's pretty cool too, I like Jon. He looks (...) (25 years ago, 8-Apr-00, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: location of NQC group?

(...) Yes, I think that would be a good move. (...) I'd prefer not to proliferate too many newsgropus. Personally I don't think the nqc traffic is presently so high that people need to filter it based on target. Odds are that this would even cause a (...)   Re: Bloodstone Inn completed, teaser story up!

  Blue torso

I know this may not be castle related, but I was wondering if any of you know what set a solid blue torso comes with. I have one on my water elemental (URL) , and I believe Pawel has one for his too, but I don't know where it came from. If any of (...) (25 years ago, 8-Apr-00, to lugnet.castle)

(...) Wow. A solid blue torso. I believe I have at least one, let me think... Hey, thanks! I just went to hunt down what set it was, and discovered another thing in the process...   Scratch off coupon sale Zainy Brainy W-S

The cashier at the Winston-Salem, NC, Zany Brainy told me there will be an in store scratch off coupon sale at the W-S store April 13-16. The coupons will give from 10% to 50% off the total order.   Re: Upcoming TRU Sale

(...) Don't Bet on that! The TRU stores in my area rarely have stuff on sale, certainly not Lego. The turnover here for Lego is terrible. The same stuff sits on the shelves at full price for a couple of years. For example, 6097 Night Lords Castle at (...) (25 years ago, 8-Apr-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)
