Gotta love plain torsos. Wish more set had them today.
Anyway, plain Blue torsos have been around for a while and if I were to just
pick a number of set that have them I would probably guess about 30 or more
sets have had plain Blue torsos. This number includes non-themed sets like
Basic, Universal, and early Freestyle sets.
If you want a Castle-related answer I have one.
Set 375/6075 Yellow Castle.
This set had a grand total of 8 plain Blue torsos.
Historically speaking, this set is also the only Castle set ever to use
stickers (decals) for the shield and torso decorations and also likely the set
with the greatest number of plain torso figs.
