Are sets that I know* have plain blue torsos. As far as current sets, I'm
not really sure. So that probably doesn't help you too much if you're
looking to acquire more.

(*I took a decent blow to the head today so I could be hallucinating, but
these are the sets that I own and currently they have blue torsos, or as
with the Coast Guard Station, 4 blue torsos with worn stickers and one blue
torso with remnants of Testors from a feeble attempt at making a Captain
America after the television show premiered.)
Hmm, rambled a bit up there, but there is that blow to the head....
