LEGO like other toys has been in decline in the UK for some years. I remember just a few years ago Woolworths having several aisles of LEGO, now there is only one shelf. I didn't think K'nex would last but is has and is more readily available. There (...) (26 years ago, 29-Jan-00, to lugnet.loc.uk)

I'd say you have cause for complaint then, unless this is the FIRST time this seller has ever sold to Canada... check his feedbacks to see if you can spot anyone from CA and ask him what the deal is.
