Had me some fun working from a
Bachmann model.
Ive since changed the fin design on the missile from the thumbnail picture (the
side view has the new version). The trailer can be removed from the flatbed
although its probably pretty weak.
Comments and crits welcome.

Nice work! Note sure I like the new fin version over the old, though. Both are
good, but I like the consistent fin thickness in the old.
Spotlighted. Thanks for sharing.
Cheers

Teehee. I just couldnt bring myself to pass up the opportunity and USAF
intermodal missile carrier didnt quite have the same ring.

Thanks. I really like studless technic for flatcars. It looks really right to
me.

I like it. I remember wanting one of those cars for my HO layout in the 70s.
There have been a lot of designs posted recently using only the LEGO Factory
palette and my first instinct when seeing your model was Thats Dark Green!
Where is the Buy Me button?
Then reality set in. Still, an excellent model.

Yeah. The moment I saw it I knew I had to build it. Its just a great little
freight vehicle. Not sure if its authentic or prototypical to anything but
itsel but its still very neat.

Haha. Sorry. Much as I like the concept of Factory Im too set in my
free-wheeling ways to use its palette just yet. I still look at my designs in
10183 and think of changes Id like to make if only Id had the parts ;)
On a slightly different not I think I must have my green set too dark. Its
meant to be regular green. Im slightly red-green colour-blind so certain
colours dont end up quite right.

It is probably the contrast/brightness of the monitor I am using combined with
the known use of Dark Green in the BNSF and an intense desire to get more parts
in this color tricking me into a false sense of hope.
