I didn't see Tomas's post as an attack, I think you may be reading too much
into it or letting your emotions get the best of you. (and if an honest
attempt to explain something said here can make you that upset, you probably
*are* letting this wind you up too far)
That said, I agree with your intent. IMHO, It's OK for Trufans to get as
vicious, emotional and angry as they like, but the proper response (by LD)
to vitriol is either to ignore it or to respond in a calm professional
manner. It's an unbalanced equation, and should be.
However, LD knows that. They've been pretty professional in their statements
even when goaded by extremely vitriolic words and extremely clueless
statements. I don't think it's necessary to write it into the ToS, for
example, but an occasional mention can't hurt.
