I am well aware of the fact that Jake has no real influence on the way
most of this worked out. I have stated this several times, although his
"Good Thinking" and "I can't tell you details, but you will love this"
is really getting on my nerves. I would have appreciated his efforts if
he had brought anything new.

According to Jake, those people are that far off that they didn't even
understand that there is a difference between these kinds of changes - a
sign that they might have lost touch in a big way.

Good luck. Have a look at the tread about the knight bus colours to see
the active disinterest that Lego has into its customers problems. At
least, posting the anger on the net saves paper and stamps...
