If you ask me, all the Rock Raiders' faces look pretty cool, even Axle's. Axle just looks nutty, but I guess it must go along with his personality. I don't have the game, so I don't know what his personality is really like, but I'd imagine he's (...) (25 years ago, 6-Jan-00, to lugnet.underground)

I quite welcome the new Rock Raiders minifig pack. It shoulda been made this year (it's still '99 in L.A.), but Lego has a habit of releasing minifig packs in the second year of a theme, it seems (the ninja knights minifig pack is proof of this). I feel that Rock Raiders is a space theme also because it remind me of the movie called "Armageddon". Don't you agree? Just thought I'd mention that I popped into the Salem, NH TRU over lunch, and happened to see the Rock Raiders minifig set on the shelves. Price is (IIRC) $6.99. This may have been posted before as it seems an obvious fix to the 4940 Granite Grinder model. I just got this set last week and after building it could not understand why Lego omitted a crank to turn the large drill. It's a simple fix - another (...)
