Frank's memory is accurate, although I've almost always caused the most damage
to my part of the layout by myself. After a long show, I'm always in too much of
a rush to get back home. For instance, last year after BrickFest, my display
imploded as soon as I tried to load it in the car. I spent a fair amount of time
picking parts out of the grass outside George Mason after that.
This topic does remind me of a time that a (non-AFOL) friend helped me unload
after a show. He carried in some of my larger buildings sideways, effectively
shearing them in two.

The two of us were methodically tearing down after our first show and noticed the others were about to start pulling table legs out from under Cary's court house (and my 12v track).
