Yeah, and it seems to me that the response was: if you are going to start such
groups, do them on LUGNet and don't use pretentious, all-encompassing names
without first discussing it with those whom you presume to represent.

We must remember now that the UKLTC and ELTC are separate
entities which should be addressed accordingly.

And how might I address the UKLTC or the ELTC?  I *can't* because they are
*closed* groups.

And what exactly is "EuroLEGO®"?  Is that one word?  And if it is, why are you
using a registered trademark after it?  Who owns the trademark to that word?  And
even if you changed the name to "European LEGO® Train Club", you still have a
name that is totally misleading as to what your group is about.

The choice of names for these groups alone is an example of how little mistakes
could have been avoided if others were consulted first.  I don't mean to sound
harsh, and I am open to criticism here, but it seems to me that both of these
groups seem half-baked at best, with little regard as to what impact they will
have on the AFOL train community.
