Yes. But to keep number of categories, and name length, down to size,
perhaps just "Maintenance" or "Maintenance Equipment"? That latter
category includes all the sets that MOW Vehicles does, PLUS the washrack
(which presumably, (because I'm too lazy to go check) is currently under
"buildings"...).
