All I meant was that I never have enough bricks to make two 6-wide models of
the same thing, so I do not loose much by making one 8-wide creation. So, the
brick count does not seem to be a big deal from my point of view. On the other
hand, if you have just enough bricks to make two 6-wide models then you loose a
whole model by switching to 8-wide, and suddenly the brick count is very
important.
This thinking is caused by my building style. I do very little planning. I sit
down with a bunch of over-turned buckets, and I build with the bricks I have. I
acquire bricks based on the feeling of what brick I might need in the future. I
used to plan, but I found that what I thought I absolutely had to have I didn't
really need. So, no more planning.
10 creations in the works! My pea brain cannot even conceive of trying to do
ten creations at once. At best I would say I have two creations in the works
(actually building/collecting parts), one maybe(collecting parts that could be
used here or elsewhere), and a few ideas for maybe someday(saw a picture of the
items and said cool maybe someday).
Lunch time is over,
