Good God Frank, this must have taken you a lot of time! Thanks for the update.
I think that with CA windows, only the 1x6x2 shuttered window had more than 2 versions. All other CA windows had only 2 styles - the
1957 version, and the 1958-64 version with sills and ALWAYS with glass (at least that was the way it was sold) and the holes on top
(with the exception of the 2 windows that were only 1 stud wide, they never had any holes on top).
With ABS, there are more versions. (Note: all yellow windows are ABS - the first ones came out in 1966 in the 325 Shell Station, and
they were ABS). With the 3 small window types (1x1x1, 1x2x1, 1x1x2), there were some sold with glass and some sold without glass. I
believe that by the late 1970's, all 3 small sizes had no longer any glass. All larger size windows were ALWAY sold with glass.
