A few days ago I saw Daniel Silva's sliding door in this group and thought 'boxcar'. I had previously built a boxcar with doors that slid on plates with a door rails but that turned the MOC into a 10-wide. Daniel's design allowed me to run it as an (...) Hi All. I finally attended and participated in a train show. I was priveledged enough to be a part of the NCLTC show in Raleigh this weekend. It was awesome. So I tweaked my motorized switching mechanism for the train wyes a bit. Got it down to 5 bricks/2 plates high, and mostly all just basic bricks, plates and a few technic pieces...
