Yes, I had a few.
I think you asked this question (word for word, IIRC) in a different group.
Did you read the answers you got there? I did, and I felt that your
questions were answered quite well there, in fact. You might give a read to
responses (or even try using resources here on LUGNET like the guide and
instruction scans to answer the questions for yourself) before asking folks
to take the time to answer quite basic questions.
Looking at the instruction scans, the differences between trains and
monorail are quite obvious... the track, the trucks, the motor, the way
power is supplied, and the width of the rolling stock just to name the major
ones.
