Re: New Gondola and a Commuter Rail station

(...) I think you are right but my problem what that I didn't have enough 2x2 rounds for the pillars so I had to use the long POOP type pillars that come in the Fright Knight's castle. Actually you know what... I think I might have enough 2x2 rounds (...) (24 years ago, 17-Nov-00, to lugnet.trains)

Re: New Gondola and a Commuter Rail station

Hi Erich I like both off them, but i think on your commutor station, you maade the 2 wings too high, i think it would look more realistic if you would have started the roofs lower, making the roof from the house part go higher then the wings, but of (...) James Mathis wrote: Ha, interesting you mention garden railway, James. I plan on running a garden railway one day, only using my 14 wides running on G scale track. Right now I only have three 14 wides completed, with 4 more in various stages of (...) (24 years ago, 17-Nov-00, to lugnet.trains)

Re: Acela Nose L-coupler matches standard height

(...) My ideas for the passenger wagons on the Acela are very tentative at the moment. I have not yet tried even a preliminary start. I am very ready to continue the Acela project, for I heard on the news that the Acela made its inaugural trip (...) (24 years ago, 17-Nov-00, to lugnet.trains)

Re: James Mathis really has caught the 8-wide bug!

(...) I think that is so funny, interesting funny, not ha ha funny. So many models are built around a part that the builder thinks is perfect. James thought the boat bridge window would be perfect for a DB212. Kim thought that the sloped round (...) (24 years ago, 17-Nov-00, to lugnet.trains)
