| | Lego Loco Postcard Penpals?

Greetings! This is my first post. My train-loving 6.5-year-old son just received Lego Loco and is eager to send postcards to a real person - he's a little bored with sending them to the Train Engineer, Santa, the Skeleton, etc. (Actually, he (...) (26 years ago, 2-Mar-99, to lugnet.trains)

To stripe doors, or other bricks for that matter, I use electrical tape in various colors. Most electrical supply stores have it available in about 10 different colors, most of which match Lego pretty well. I like it because it goes on easy, it's (...) (26 years ago, 1-Mar-99, to lugnet.trains)

Chris, Yes, it is still available, I got the new Adventurer cover (Spring? I have to go look at it now! OK, Spring 1999 titled Jungle Adventure - Pretty neat picture!) page 9, bottom. $66.00US. I thought about this train a lot, and I think it is a (...) (26 years ago, 28-Feb-99, to lugnet.trains)

There has been alot of talk about the classic train again lately, so I grabbed my shop at home catalogu to give it a look. First, I still do not like it based the same reasons everyone else doesn't like it, but economically... 3 pairs of wheel sets (...) (26 years ago, 28-Feb-99, to lugnet.trains)

Cut is such an ugly word...a small piece of electrical tape will open (disconnect) the circuit. However, if the wheels are on opposite sides of the cut/tape then a short occurs again. I think you need two cuts/tapes to keep the circuit open. Chris (...) (26 years ago, 27-Feb-99, to lugnet.trains)
