Up until recently it was believed that 7740 was the only set that contained these 2x1x2 classic windows in grey but I've found one other set that contained one such window, Windmill set 352 from 1972. There are probably others from this period also (...) (25 years ago, 15-Apr-00, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade, lugnet.trains)

Actually, one new train car and one rebuild. The first is a rebuild of my bay window caboose that I posted pics of a few months ago. I added windows on the ends and made the bay windows look like bay windows. The second is a centerbeam flat car. I (...) (25 years ago, 14-Apr-00, to lugnet.trains)

Check the scans of various sets around the same time period as 7745 - you will see that some of the wheelsets have a red axle on the black wheels. I have no idea why TLC would do such a thing, but they've obviously always had colorblind set (...) (25 years ago, 13-Apr-00, to lugnet.trains)

Especially since it would mean parting out at least two of those things for the quantity requested. If someone decides to do it, I would like the yellow doors with the red stripe.
