(...) Thanks Ben I tried out the 1x1 slopes. It definitely helps smooth things out more. The cab interior still needs a bit of work. I,m not quite happy with the detailing yet. As background, the Hi has three sets of wheels, I chose to fix the pilot truck and the drivers to the boiler, using only one set of flanged drivers. Without reworking the whole mechanics, (...) (...) Gee John, Your not asking for much. :) More prototypical drive rods would certainly be welcome. They would need to be pretty versatile to cover a wide range of wheel arrangements.
