It must have been some excess inventory they stumbled across, because everything looks like part of the original production run - old wheelsets, and 2002 dates on the boxes. So, (...) The teal one would probaly be a type of caboose. Mind you there are a bunch of different designs out there, some of which were for special purposes. This was probaly a work train related one.
