  Re: SFSC Cars

I like the bright LED. That really gets the job done with the headlight. I noticed, for the first time, that I have installed the horns improperly on my model. I have them both pointing forward as shown on the Lego box. Trains run both ways. Well, I (...) (22 years ago, 14-May-02, to lugnet.trains)

Re: My new Baggage Car MOC.

Ok I have taken many more pictures of my Baggage car MOC. These pics also show how I got a 1/4 offset. The basics it that you build a 5 and half stud wide section. then offset that from the rest of the car. (URL) parts on top of the door are just to (...) (22 years ago, 14-May-02, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: Advanced Design Train Roundhouse

(...) Yes, and it automated and it was brilliant, although I am not the one to talk about it-- it was the programming of J-1 (John Gerlach). But briefly, he had it where there were 3 small locos in bays 1-3-5 and had the turntable automatically turn (...)   Re: Advanced Design Train Roundhouse

Hello Wayne, A roundhouse and turntable is eye candy for spectators. I had built the structures 2 years before I was able, with help from a programming friend, tto automate it.   Advanced Design Train Roundhouse

I've been putting a great deal of time thinging about an idea I had a while ago when I first made an attempt to make a Roundhouse Yard for my trains. After some issues I gave it up.
