  ....new train sets have arrived....!!

Thanks! (was: Re: Has anybody seen this engine before?

Guess I should probably chime in here somewhere. It's unfortunate this happened, but I take such things in stride. Actually the whole thing kind of makes me feel pretty good. Why? Not because someone chose one of my designs to steal. But because (...) (24 years ago, 23-Mar-01, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: Franchising Spamcake?

(...) Well, unless they are in a current set, any group which doesn't happen to have someone who picked one up, might have a hard time finding one. I certainly don't have one (I guess with this idea in mind, I'd better pick up one of those eggs if I (...) (24 years ago, 22-Mar-01, to lugnet.trains.org)

Re: Signs, Signs, everywhere a Sign

(...) The sign was probably re-painted. There is some amount of turnover of these (groups get all charged up to do the work, and then the dedicated folks leave the group or whatever), so in all likelyhood, the sign has been repainted. The lighting (...) (24 years ago, 22-Mar-01, to lugnet.trains.org)

As you can tell it wasn't a very sunny day when I took the picture. I'll have to go back on a nicer day and get a better picture, I think that reflective paint the DOT uses on signs does funny things with the camera. And to answer earlier questions, (...)
