In my research for this project I discovered the unsettling term: "planned shrinkage" which refers to the withdrawral of basic services (fire, police, health care, garbage pick-up, etc) from the community with (...) (18 years ago, 3-May-06, to lugnet.town, FTX)

| Hello! I have completed another street for my layout this weekend: (URL) The street name came from a street in the Bronx that was affected considerably during the 1970's and 80's. This creation only uses the name, though. It does not represent the (...) (18 years ago, 1-May-06, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.town) !!
