Black Falcon won June 2003's poll to be this month's Minifig Hall of Fame inductee. Black Falcon always did good in the previous polls, but with Blacktron 1 and others out of the way, no one could stop him from winning. Only Futuron and King Kahuna (...) Very good work Pierre I loved the concrete pump truck, looks like a Brazilian Volkswagen Truck from 80's, but is too low, maybe because of the concrete "crane", but still looks very good Keep your good work ;) See ya! (...) It's funny how photographing LEGO is so touch and go. Flash might be good for red, but bad for blue or black. I imagine a halogen or fluorescent light would get rid of the orangey hue. (...) Thanks Tony, glad you like it! In order to get the curves, I used the force! Really, they are simply a sheet of 1x2 regular bricks. A 1x2 brick is very, very slightly smaller than half a 1x4 brick. The very small "gap" alows for you to bend (...) (21 years ago, 18-Jul-03, to lugnet.town)

Paul, Nice architecture! Cool use of 3-D form! I especially like the roof slope on the curved wall. And a fun idea for a building! How did you get such a nice curve in your wall? It looks like those are regular bricks...or did you use some hinging (...) (21 years ago, 18-Jul-03, to lugnet.town)
