I was looking at Terry Cruse's site when I saw this huge house: (URL) construction pics are at (URL) along with the best navigation links for this confusing site with great models. Alan (25 years ago, 17-Apr-00, to lugnet.town)

Re: please help id: 1x2 "police" brick

(...) Ugh, a public apology for the way these links turned out. I've corrected them above (I think). (...) the mixed lot of parts. I have a feeling that I've probably extracted all of the complete or nearly complete sets from this lot, but it's (...) (25 years ago, 17-Apr-00, to lugnet.town)

Re: please help id: 1x2 "police" brick

(...) After a bit of investigating, the only set I know of to have had a 1x2 White brick with POLICE printed in black would be set 6522. There may have been other sets with this piece, but I could find any. (URL) Salm__ (25 years ago, 17-Apr-00, to lugnet.town)

please help id: 1x2 "police" brick

In a batch of eBay winnings[1], I found a single 1x2 police brick. The printing looks like that in the police station from 1979 (best seen in the instructions at (URL)), but the rest of that set isn't there. The font is smaller than the one used in (...)   Re: MOC: 1959 Cadillac Eldorado

(...) people don't _have_ to use transparent pieces for the windscreen -- sometimes they simply clutter the model more than needed in my opinion. I don't believe all those parts exist in pink, though! ;-) As for scale, I'd say the vehicle is more (...) (25 years ago, 16-Apr-00, to lugnet.cad.ray, lugnet.build, lugnet.town)

  Re: '59 Caddy Hovercar Raytraces

  MOC: 1959 Cadillac Eldorado

I've finished converting my hover car to a grounded vehicle: (URL) the original: (URL) a bit big for minifig scale if you consider a minifig to be 6 feet tall, but if you consider the fig's width, I think it's about right :) (Maybe this'll start (...) Possibly 6521 or 1752 How accurate is the year cited? If he was that young, that may be wrong. Perhaps it is Tyco or Ritvik? Paul Sinasohn bearitone@mydeja.com (...) (25 years ago, 14-Apr-00, to lugnet.market.auction, lugnet.town, lugnet.general)

Re: I have no clue as to this....

(...) Only one way to find out....buy it! :) But I'm sure that's not the answer you wanted to hear. I don't recall any airport emergency vehicle (sold in the US) in 1985, but in Europe there very well could have been. The least the seller could do (...)   I have no clue as to this....

I ran across this auction as I was browsing: (URL) have no clue what he is describing, and I can't find the item in the LUGNET Search Function.   '59 Caddy

For all you town fans who aren't so interested in hover cars, I've finished converting my Caddy to a regular one (well, as regular as a '59 Eldorado can get). I'll post raytraces and a .DAT when I have time. --Bram Bram Lambrecht / o o \ (...) (25 years ago, 13-Apr-00, to lugnet.town)
