  Re: DSNY Snow Plow

(...) I am sort of doing the same. Converting my 6 wide trucks to beefier more detailed 6 wide (using the larger wheels) and bringing my cars and things up from wimpy 4-wides to 6 wides. I think I am going to stick with 6 and 7 wide trains. 8 wide (...) (17 years ago, 4-Jun-07, to lugnet.town)

Re: Set #10190 Market Street pictures

Regardless of whether you like the color combos, I'm TOTALLY STOKED!! A large set with a high piece count that's looks to be mostly light blue, dark blue and tan?! MAJOR WOOTAGE!! Dave S. (17 years ago, 3-Jun-07, to lugnet.town)

Re: Set #10190 Market Street pictures

(...) Is anyone else turned off by the color-scheme of this building? The light blue, tan and white just don't work for me. -- Thomas Main thomasmain@charter.net (17 years ago, 3-Jun-07, to lugnet.town)

  Set #10190 Market Street pictures

  Re: DSNY Snow Plow

(...) I am currently converting all of my vehicles to 6 wide. They look bulky and scary at first, but now that I am used to that I prefer the look over the matchbox versions! (17 years ago, 2-Jun-07, to lugnet.town)

  Re: DSNY Snow Plow

(...) Hi OnDrew, Thanks for the post. I'm not sure if I am going to have any extra room for vehicles in my luggage. I am actually concerned about how I am going to get my buildings to NMRA. I think they might end up arriving in pieces. Some might (...) (17 years ago, 31-May-07, to lugnet.town)

  Re: DSNY Snow Plow

(...) Thanks, Mark. A few years ago I thought my older, smaller vehicles were OK, but now I am very happy with the larger ones. Thanks again, Jonathan (17 years ago, 31-May-07, to lugnet.town)

  Re: DSNY Snow Plow

(...) I prefer the wider vehicle and this is a great example of how well they can work. Beautiful job, I really like it! (17 years ago, 31-May-07, to lugnet.town)

  Re: MOC: Brown Condos

(...) Thanks Karl! I really appreciate it. Please borrow away! Isn't imitation the purest form of flattery? Or something like that. I also thought the CC felt a little unpolished with the plain back. Although I love the jump to enclosed buildings. I (...) (17 years ago, 31-May-07, to lugnet.town, FTX)

  Re: MOC: Brown Condos

  Re: DSNY Snow Plow

(...) Wow that rocks Jonathan!, The amount of detail you can squeeze into a 6 wide vehicle is astounding and I can't wait to make a few copies for my self =). Unfortunately I don't have time before NMRA to get them done but I was hoping you might be (...) (17 years ago, 30-May-07, to lugnet.town)

  DSNY Snow Plow

Hello, I built this MOC in January when I saw that orange thin walls would be available on the new recycle truck. It has been sitting, waiting for the set to be available since then. I finally got my two recycle trucks yesterday. I am very pleased (...) (17 years ago, 30-May-07, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.town) !!

  Re: MOC: Brown Condos

(...) Very well done. There is LOTS of detail in there. I love the lintels and all the different levels of texture you've been able to obtain. It definitely resembles a number of different buildings I now walk by on my way to work every morning. (my (...) (17 years ago, 30-May-07, to lugnet.town, FTX)

Re: A car a crane and a laughin lothario

(...) Thanks Tony. It is indeed a bracket. With an extra plate of space underneath I'd probably prefer to SNOT a 1x1 and plates but the bracket is the only option here (at least that I can think of). Tim (17 years ago, 24-May-07, to lugnet.town, FTX)
